At DR HIU Servicing Ltd we hold accreditations including SafeContractor and PQS, alongside a number of others required across the sector.
Do I think the number of SSIP schemes needed to operate is excessive?
Yes.
Do I recognise their importance in maintaining standards, safety, and accountability?
Also yes!
It baffles me why there’s not just one for our industry that is the norm, rather than having to invest time and money to maintain a number of different schemes that each client might prefer.
In the meantime, we continue to make the investment…so our clients don’t have to worry.
